Sara is a PhD student in Operations and Technology at the UCL School of Management. Her current research centers on healthcare operations management, with a specific focus on evaluating the impact of reimbursement schemes on the operational performance of hospitals. She earned her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 2020 and 2022, respectively.
