Understanding how to prepare and succeed in recruitment assessment rests

Recruitment assessment tests are now an established part of the application process and the tests used change year-to-year. If you are feeling daunted by the process or need to make sure you are up-to-date with the process, this session will be a good first step to succeed. The best way to prepare is to understand why recruiters use them, get familiar with the formats and practice, practice, practice. All of this will be covered in the session so join us to get ready for this critical element of the recruitment process.

This event will help you to​:

1. An understanding of the role these tests play in the recruitment process 
2. Insight into the format of each of the tests and an opportunity to practice to better comprehend the approach
3. More practice with situational judgement tests which students find most challenging
4. An understanding of how to best prepare and the importance of practising 
5. Be aware of resources for practice
