Student Services Officer - Ref: B04-03760

The post holder provides comprehensive student support for all aspects of the School’s online-based MBA programme from guiding prospective students through the application process, engagement as students and into managing ongoing relationships for alumni. In addition, the post holder will support the School’s wider teaching and learning activities, working closely with the programme team to deliver an exemplary student experience. The wellbeing, support and success of our students is pivotal in achieving an excellent student experience. The post holder will be expected to augment and enrich our thinking in this area and contribute innovative ideas to build our student support. This will include student wellbeing, working with the student body and staff to organise events and activities that enhance the student experience, providing assistance to create an inviting and welcoming environment, supporting the tutoring system and ensuring access to relevant guidance (or developing it) to assist in maintaining the mental wellbeing of our students.

Key Requirements - The post holder will have proven experience managing student interactions within a distance or online learning programme, familiarity with supporting executive/adult learners either in another MBA programme or comparable executive education environments and demonstrate interpersonal skills and the ability to develop collaborative relationships with students and staff at all levels and of all backgrounds.
