The School of Management is home to UCL’s business and management research and education programmes. The School has forged a reputation for world-leading research and teaching in the areas of innovation, analytics, entrepreneurship, and the creation and growth of technology-intensive organisations.
This dual function role will specialise in administering financial and staffing transactions using MyFinance, SiP, ROME, Dovico and other financial/staffing systems. The post holder will ensure a high quality and timely service to staff, students and others internal and external to the School.
The successful applicant will Knowledge of the processes and regulations associated with financial and HR administration, along with strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
