Velvetina is a MRes/PhD student in UCL School of Management, Division of Organisations and Innovation. Her supervisors are Asst. Professors Verena Krause and Blaine Landis. Her main research interest is in the influence of creativity on organisational outcomes. Currently, she is examining the influence of creativity on ethical decision-making. She is also interested in the interplay between creativity, human-artificial agent interactions, and morality.
Prior to joining UCL, Velvetina was a Project Officer in Nanyang Business School, Division of Leadership, Management and Organisation (2017-2019). She assisted in managing research projects using a range of methodologies including questionnaires, reaction time tasks, electroencephalography, and cortisol measures. She completed a BSc Psychology with Management in Goldsmiths College, University of London (2017).
