Kun Wang is a phenomenon-driven, micro-OB Ph.D. student. Through her research, she aims to understand better the social psychological antecedents of interpersonal interactions and their consequences in the organizational context, with an emphasis on workplace relationships.
Before joining UCL, she received a B.A. in International Economy and Trade with distinction from Central South University (2019.06). She also holds an M.Phil. in Finance and Economics (2020.10) from the University of Cambridge.
Outside of academia, Kun is also passionate about suspense films, traveling, yoga, and pomeranian.
