Kun Wang is a Ph.D. student in Management (Organizations & Innovation group). Her supervisor is Professor Martin Kilduff. Before joining UCL, she received a B.A. in International Economy and Trade with distinction from Central South University (2019.06). She also holds an M.Phil. in Finance and Economics (2020.10) from University of Cambridge. She is interested in the effect of social networks on individuals’ cognitive process, emotions, decision making and behavior outcomes. She is also interested in the interaction among social networks, organizational climate, gender, and interpersonal perceptions.
Apart from academics, Kun is also passionate about Jazz, suspense films, traveling, yoga and pomeranian puppy.
