
UCL School of Management student Aarnav Agarwal has been selected for the UCL Faculty Undergraduate Scholarship for Excellence for 2025/26, following outstanding academic achievement supported by strong endorsements from the School faculty, including BSc Information Management for Business Programme Director Edyta Kostanek and SoM Director of Undergraduate Studies Maya Cara.
The UCL Faculty Undergraduate Scholarship for Excellence is given to current UCL students who have demonstrated exceptional academic performance, and aims to promote and reward student excellence. The award recognises individuals who consistently strive for success in their programme and show clear potential for future success.
Aarnav was selected following a rigorous review of academic performance and staff recommendations. The selection was based on Aarnav’s GPA and references, outlining his achievements, strengths and contribution to the School’s IMB programme. The reference was further endorsed and submitted at the start of the term by Professor Alan Parkinson, Deputy Director of School of Management, reflecting the School’s strong support for Aarnav’s nomination.
Discussing his achievement, Aarnav said he was proud to receive this recognition and grateful for the support of the academic community within the School of Management. His achievement reflects the School’s commitment to developing motivated students who excel across both technical and business disciplines.
