We invite you to join the School on Wednesday 04 March, for the official book launch of Timeflow, with author, Professor Onesun Steve Yoo.

Steve is a Professor of Operations and Marketing Analytics, and Co-Director of UCL Centre for Sustainable Business. With over 15 years of experience in researching the influences and impact time has on innovation, entrepreneurship, and human-decision making, and drawing inspiration from physics, economics and everyday life, Steve has explored time’s many dimensions from its theoretical origins to practical ways of managing it. His revolutionary concept of ‘Timeflow’ connects these diverse perspectives, offering insights that help readers increase their daily supply of time, reduce stress, and improve productivity and happiness, whether as students, professionals, entrepreneurs, or parents. 

Steve comments, “The extant popular time management books are grounded in the philosophies of the industrial age and treat your time from a third-person perspective and assume that it passes at a constant rate. I wanted to question this model of time management and offer something more suited to modern life, drawing on both contemporary science and my own research. A modern time scale acknowledges that time can pass at different speeds and it is possible to experience more or less time than what is indicated by synchronized time. Time is the greatest gift. ​​Learn how to increase your timeflow in the most effective way and achieve timeflow mastery!”

This event is open to the entire UCL community and Wharf Connect community, and will feature a keynote presentation in which Steve explores the key themes of the book, followed by an open Q&A session and a book giveaway. The evening will conclude with networking drinks and canapés for all attendees.
