Timetabling and Academic Planning Administrator - Ref:1879217

The role holder is responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination and supervision of processes related to the timetabling of the School’s on-campus programmes, examinations and academic planning.

The role provides formal line management of the Teaching and Learning Administrator (Timetabling/ECs) and works closely with the Senior Teaching and Learning Administrators (PG/UG) and Teaching and Learning Manager to develop effective processes across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Key Requirements - You will be educated to degree level or equivalent experience in a similar role with demonstrable experience of initiating, reviewing and developing administrative systems and processes and an awareness of the issues relating to the effective management of academic programmes. Prior involvement in timetabling processes is essential.
