Biography
Ruohan Zhan is an assistant professor of Marketing & Analytics at the UCL School of Management. Her researchfocuses on understanding and improving online marketplaces. She studies how to evaluate marketplace interventions causally, analyze the dynamics and interactions among different stakeholders, and optimize platform operations such as recommendation systems and digital experiments. Methodologically, she is interested in causal inference, econometrics, statistical learning and machine learning.
