Biography

Mislav Radic is an Assistant Professor of Strategy & Public Policy at Bocconi University, and an Honorary Research Fellow at the UCL School of Management. Mislav is interested in the intersection between strategy and policy, analysing the changing boundaries between public and private organizations. By studying phenomena like the privatization of the Post Office, nationalization of the railway sector, public grants durings crisis, regulation of platforms, and the shift to remote work, led him to focus on concepts such as organizational identity, culture, resilience and corporate social responsibility. 

His research was published in academic journals such as the Journal of Management and the Oxford Research Encyclopedia of Psychology, and was featured in prominent media outlets such as the Financial Times and the BBC.  

At the UCL School of Management he currently teaches the Core MBA Module Business Strategy.
