Lei Liu is a Ph.D. student in Management (Organizational Behavior division). Her supervisor is Professor Martin Kilduff. Before joining UCL, she received a B.A. in Economics with distinction from Nanjing Normal University (2010.07), where she won the National Scholarship of China. She also holds an M.Sc. in Management (2012.12) with distinction and an M.Sc. in Economics (2014.07) with high merit both from London School of Economics. She is interested in the effect of social network signals on individuals’ cognition, emotion, and behaviors. She is also interested in the effect of social network on individual and team creativity.
