Biography

I am currently a Lecturer (Education) and a Deputy Program Director for the BSc Information Management for Business. Over several years in my career, I have developed, organized, advised, and/ or lectured on courses and modules in the areas of project management, international business, HRM, marketing, strategic management, innovations, knowledge management, entrepreneurship, and business negotiations, at various institutions in the UK, Finland, Poland, and Hong Kong.

Throughout my time in Higher Education, I have focused on delivering a high-quality student experience through innovative and flexible pedagogies, for which I am recognized as a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA). I am a Certified Management & Business Educator (CMBE) and an Advanced HE accredited External Examiner.

I am a full member (MAPM) of the Association for Project Management and I hold several project management and quality management qualifications (Agile Scrum Master, PRINCE2, MSP, MoP, P3O, Environmental Manager Certificate, Quality Manager Certificate, etc). Before joining academia, I worked for ABB Power Transformers as a quality management specialist where I gained first-hand experience in managing quality in the context of large projects delivered to customers around the world.
