Cydney Hurston Dupree is an Associate Professor in the Organisations and Innovation group at University College London’s School of Management. Dr. Dupree earned her B.A. in Psychology from Brown University and her Ph.D. in Psychology and Social Policy from Princeton University. Prior to joining UCL, she served on the faculty of Yale University. In 2022, she was awarded the American Psychological Society’s Rising Star Award and the Society for Personality and Social Psychology’s SAGE Early Career Trajectory Award. 

Her work has appeared in leading multi-disciplinary and psychology journals, including Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Nature Human Behavior, and Journal of Personality and Social Psychology. She currently serves as Consulting Editor at Social Psychological and Personality Science and Journal of Experimental Social Psychology. She also serves on the Steering Committee of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (Psychology Section).
