Ahead of the new English Premier League (EPL) season, Chia-Jung Tsay has been telling the BBC what businesses can learn from Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino.

The Argentinian, who is starting his third season at the club, is famous for his ability to see potential in young players at the club and give them a chance.

This approach is one that Chia believes is really important, as she says hiring externals doesn’t guarantee you results: “Given that top performance may not be entirely portable, businesses can do well to consider Pochettino’s example, and examine how they can better support the development of their own star performers.”
