What we will cover

In this session, we will discuss what makes people powerful and how power makes people behave. We will focus on the positive and negative effects of power on managers. Specifically, we will examine how a sense of power influences people’s social attentiveness and whether it can corrupt them. The session will draw on organisational behaviour and psychology studies.
