Description

UCL Innovation and Enterprise invites you to attend a guest lecture from Alice Lacey, Now Press Play.

At Innovation and Enterprise guest lectures, entrepreneurs from all stages of the journey share their experiences and lessons learned. Today’s speaker is Alice Lacey, CEO and founder of now>press>play, a social enterprise that aims to improve access to learning for all children.

If you’re interested in hearing how entrepreneurship works on the ground, rather than in theory, join Innovation and Enterprise for their guest lecture series on entrepreneurship.

Join us today to hear from Alice Lacey, CEO and founder of now>press>play. Founded in 2012, the social enterprise provides schools with affordable educational resources that bring the curriculum to life through sound, story and movement, using wireless headphones.

Alice has worked as a theatre director and assistant director at the Old Vic, National Theatre and Royal Court. Now Press Play originally started as an idea for interactive theatre, and soon developed into a plan to give teachers the ability to engage all their children through imagination, movement and emotion.

Entrepreneurship guest lectures are held on Thursdays from 5:15 to 6:15pm, and followed by networking drinks.

The lectures are open to all. They’re free and you don’t need to pre-book - just turn up.
