Undergraduate Taught Programmes Manager (Secondment)

About the role

The Undergraduate Taught Programmes Manager will manage and lead the Undergraduate Programmes Team, which forms part of the wider School of Management Teaching and Learning Support Team. In doing so, the role holder will work closely with the Teaching and Learning Manager who has overall responsibility for the administration of the School’s teaching programmes, the Deputy Director (Education), the Postgraduate Taught Programmes Manager and Undergraduate Programme Directors. The role holder will lead on the delivery of outstanding administrative support across the full academic cycle on the School’s undergraduate programmes and Elective Portfolio in line with the strategic goals of the School, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, consistency and innovation. This a fixed term post with an expected start date Mid January 2024 until 17th January 2025.

Please note that this role is open as an internal secondment to current UCL staff members only.

About you

The role holder will have previous relevant experience in a senior administrative role supporting all aspects of the student lifecycle on taught undergraduate or postgraduate programmes and experience of successfully leading a team, with responsibility for motivating and developing colleagues, setting objectives, allocating tasks and monitoring workloads and performance.
