Ruoyu Li graduated from the MSc Business Analytics programme in 2024 and is currently working as a Data Science Consultant at Ekimetrics, focusing on optimising brand media investment strategy using Market Mixed Modelling.

During the MSc, Ruoyu developed skills in end-to-end project delivery, from data gathering to delivering insights, and gained a holistic understanding of business diagnostics across areas like supply chain, finance, and CRM. He found the Business Analytics alumni events particularly helpful for networking, even connecting with an alumnus who provided valuable context to his dissertation project. The industry connections at the School also facilitated an opportunity for him to work with a London digital marketing company for his dissertation.    

Since graduating, Ruoyu has volunteered for various alumni panels at the School, sharing his experiences with incoming students.
