I’m Thanchanok (Friend), a teaching assistant for the UCL School of Management.

I completed my MSc in Business Analytics at UCL SoM (2024/25) and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Thammasat University. During my undergraduate studies, I served as a teaching assistant for three years in courses such as Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, and Monetary Policy Analysis.

Professionally, I have several years of experience in data analytics across e-commerce, retail, and marketing technology, working on projects involving advanced statistics, CRM, personalization, forecasting, AI, large language models (LLMs), and building data engineering pipelines for natural language processing. My strength lies in combining technical expertise with business acumen to generate value from large-scale and complex datasets.
