Kaito graduated from the UCL School of Management with an MSci in Management Science in 2024. He is currently based in Tokyo working as a Strategy Consultant at Nomura Research Institute where his work spans marketing and sustainability strategy for the Japanese government. Alongside his consulting career, Kaito is an accomplished classical pianist performing internationally. His innovative recital programmes often integrate collaborations with digital artists and diverse art forms, aiming to make classical music more engaging and accessible to wider audiences.

Kaito aspires to contribute his expertise and passion to the UCL School of Management Alumni Advisory Council (AAC). Building on his experience as a mentor and his previous role as UCL Japan Ambassador, he is committed to strengthening ties between the global alumni network and the Japanese community. His focus will be on enhancing professional development opportunities, fostering cross-border collaboration, and ultimately expanding the global presence and impact of the UCL School of Management.
