Ethan runs a corporate advisory firm that provides advisory services and solutions for public institutions, private enterprises and private clients. He has working experience in the public sector, listed corporates and private companies, covering roles in policy development, commercial banking, private investment, technology and business development.

He has advised enterprises on internationalisation, covering countries such as Singapore, Vietnam, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, South Korea and Netherlands, designed strategies to disrupt traditional value chains, originated Pan Asian transactions involving Fortune Global 500 companies and worked on public-private partnership initiatives.

Ethan graduated with a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) from the business school of University College London (UCL).
