Carmen works on the UCL Global Citizenship Programme and for a startup called FemGems, which provides a result-driven support system for early stage female founders. Previously, she led Global Campaigns and Partnerships at an international Peace Organisation and worked as Project and Research Assistant at QMUL and SOAS. Carmen is the Culture Collective London Chapter Co-Founder and Co-Leader and mentors students through the CityStep student initiative.
