Research projects at UCL School of Management are generally focused on scientific research on creativity and innovation in organizations. The Research Assistant will be involved with several studies and professors working with empirical data from a variety of contexts (e.g. archival data on entrepreneurship and innovation; personality and social network data from surveys of organizations; experimental data on individual creativity) and different aspects of the research process, literature reviews, study design, data collection, and data cleaning. Previous coursework or experience in the social sciences, engineering, statistics, and/or computer science is preferred.
The posts will initially be offered for a period of 12 months.
