UCL School of Management launches MSc Careers Mentorship Programme

On Wednesday 11 February, our School hosted a pilot networking session to celebrate the newly launched MSc Careers Mentorship Programme for students from Mainlad China, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan.

Supported by Jacky TsangStephen Dean Junior and Professor Colin Fu, Programme Director of MSc Marketing Science, the evening invited a community of mentees from Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan, along with mentors, Harry Tse, Assistant Vice President of HKES, Zirao Li, Treasury Manager at Phoenix Group.

The event marked an engaging and energising start to the programme. Conversations went beyond career advice, where attendees shared experiences, mutual encouragement and meaningful connections.

This pilot reflects our School’s continued efforts to provide bespoke careers support for students from the Asia-Pacific region. By connecting MSc students with experienced professionals, we aim to foster confidence, broaden perspectives and strengthen a cross-border network that extends well beyond graduation.

We also extend our sincere thank you to mentors based outside of the UK, as well as those who were unable to attend in person, Adrian MH HoJason LoChloe Wang, and Stella Zha, for their invaluable commitment and generosity in supporting our students’ growth.
