New programmes for 2025 entry at UCL School of Management

We are delighted to announce the launch of four new Master’s programmes at the UCL School of Management. As we expand our programme portfolio we aim to address critical issues arising in the evolving global business and management landscape and equip future leaders with the skills to drive effective transformation initiatives in the modern world.

New programmes launching in 2025

MSc People Analytics and Human-Centric Management

Organisations today face complex challenges related to people and their management, such as attracting and retaining top talent, fostering a diverse and inclusive culture, ensuring employee engagement and well-being, and adapting to rapid technological changes. This programme offers comprehensive training in people analytics, human resources management (HRM), and contemporary theories and applications on leadership, organisational and work design. It equips you with the essential mindset, knowledge, and skills required to develop evidence-based and human-centred solutions to address people-related issues in a more effective and sustainable manner and prepares you for high-demand roles in HRM and people-related fields across the globe.

MSc Finance with Data Science

Data science is becoming extremely important in the finance industry as companies seek finance graduates with high levels of data science skills and have an in-depth understanding of how to optimise data and technology to innovate the finance sector. This programme teaches the skills required to be a finance specialist equipped to collaborate and contribute on the technical side to projects, analyses, and decisions involving such other profiles. This is a highly quantitative programme has been designed based on world-class research expertise in finance, data science, econometrics, and economics, combining theory and practice and delivered by leading researchers and practitioners. This programme is data-driven throughout. All modules have applications and assignments using real-world financial data from Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and other popular sources that will be treated with programming languages such as Python.

MSc Marketing Science

Marketing has increasingly become a data and technology-driven discipline with many decisions now requiring strong skills in data analysis, digital technologies, and analytics. The programme addresses the increasing demand for specialists who can use data and analytics to determine the desires of their customers, the price they are willing to pay, and how to maintain their interest. The programme equips you with the analytical marketing skills to produce informed, evidence-based and effective solutions applicable to organisations’ pressing marketing needs. The programme offers a unique opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills developed on the programme through consultancy projects. You will work with an external organisation to help address a substantial real-world marketing problem. This substantial hands-on experience provides a valuable real-world experience that differentiates students on the job market.

MSc Strategic Accounting and Finance (online)

The MSc in Strategic Accounting and Finance (online) is a unique postgraduate programme, developed by the UCL School of Management, to provide you with the necessary skills to evaluate accounting and financial data, and use insights to drive business performance. Managers who understand and are able to apply financial ideas are in high demand as employers seek their ability to synthesise financial and analytical data, to strategically advise on a range of scenarios. Whether in marketing, HR, technology, logistics or other areas – managers are expected to incorporate financial data and information into the decision-making processes.
