UCL alumnus and global leadership expert, Chris Roebuck, will join UCL School of Management this February for the Business Leaders Speaker Series.

Open to the entire UCL and Wharf Connect communities, Chris will deliver a keynote, entitled “Unlocking your leaders hidden 10% extra performance potential,’ where he will share new insights to help you maximise your five key impact drivers:

This transformative session will guide you away from feeling overworked and distracted in the workplace, to regaining control and help you become focused on delivering high ROI activity. If you are a current or aspiring leader, this session will help upskill you to retain high levels of employee engagement in the workplace, streamlining operational activities to support strategic objectives, and turn silos into one seamless organisation. 

Recognised globally as a leading thought leader, Chris has pioneered the introduction of entrepreneurial leadership into the corporate world. He is a ten-time HR Most Influential Thinker, an HR Hall of Fame inductee, and the BBC’s go-to business leadership expert, with over 249 interviews to date. He has authored five leadership books, been featured in the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, and Time, and has regularly written on business for Newsweek and has more than 40 years of leadership experience across the military, corporate, and government sectors.

Chris has also led major transformations at UBS (now a Harvard Case Study), London Underground, and the NHS. He has also trained more than 32,000 leaders across 31 countries, helping them unlock their hidden 10% at organisations including, Huawei, Tata, BASF, the UK and UAE Prime Ministers’ Offices, and the China National Space Administration.
