Senior Facilities and Operations Administrator

The role holder will ensure effective and efficient space, facilities and operations management across the UCL School of Management’s buildings on both the Bloomsbury and Canary Wharf campuses. This will include the line management of the reception team to ensure customer-oriented services at 1 Canada Square and also acting as the School’s health and safety lead.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of administration and management within HE or a similar environment, with experience of buildings and facilities management. They should also have experience of project planning, implementation and delivering accurately to operational deadlines, and of managing and developing a team of staff. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective relationships with staff at all levels, including external partners, are also essential for the role.
