As well as being a teaching assistant on the IMB I also run my own consultancy that looks at mental health through learning & development in the workplace. I am very interested in organisational wellbeing, performance and behaviour and how state-of-mind plays an important role in successful organisations. I enjoy showing my clients, colleagues, friends and well, anyone who wants to listen, the mechanics of human experience and how these produce our moment by moment reality. I am working to spread this understanding far and wide in order to counteract the growing trend of mental illness and to bypass its negative effects on individuals, organisations and society at large. I believe we’re on the cusp of a new paradigm in mental health (wellness).
I enjoy the act of learning and teaching and am delighted to be part of this fine institution.
