Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor level in Strategy and Entrepreneurship

The Strategy & Entrepreneurship Group is seeking applications for a faculty position at the Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor level in strategy and entrepreneurship. We are particularly interested in research related to entrepreneurship, innovation, or technology. The anticipated start is 1 September 2019.

University College London (UCL) is London’s leading multidisciplinary university and one of the world’s foremost research universities, ranked 7th in the world’s top universities by the QS World University Rankings (2017). UCL has 41,200 students and 12,830 staff. Academic staff and former students of UCL have won 29 Nobel Prizes; the most recent addition, in 2014, was John O’Keefe (Physiology/Medicine).

The UCL School of Management consists of five research groups: Strategy & Entrepreneurship, Organisations & Innovation, Finance, Accounting & Economics, Marketing & Analytics and Operations & Technology. The school offers PhD, BSc and MSc programs in management, entrepreneurship, information management for business, and management science and business analytics. See mgmt.ucl.ac.uk (http://www.mgmt.ucl.ac.uk/) for more information about the school. As a research focused group, tenure-track positions involve teaching only 2 courses per year (1 in year 1), with generous research support.

Candidates should have a strong research record or demonstrated research potential in the area of strategy and entrepreneurship, with a focus on publishing articles in top journals. Candidates will be expected to teach in the department’s BSc or MSc programmes.

Please submit a CV, research statement, job market paper, and any additional working papers or published work here to be considered. If you are currently a PhD student or postdoc, you should also arrange for three references to submit their letters online on your behalf. The application deadline is 14th September 2018.
